With a determined focus on innovation and sustainability, we maximize the potential of our exclusive biotechnological platform, based on Quillaja Saponaria for the production of high-value compounds. At the forefront of science, we have introduced a sustainable alternative to vaccine adjuvant QS-21 and are exploring the potential of other saponins, both as innovative adjuvants and in revolutionary new therapies.
The Raw Materials R&D team is engaged in breeding Quillaja Saponaria lines for two main traits: increasing the turnover of the biomass in the production platform and developing lines that accumulate more QS-17, QS-18, and QS-21. The other objective of the department is optimizing the production platform. This includes ongoing assistance to the production arm of the company.
We transform the resources and inputs of plant origin managed by our productive biotechnology platform into intermediate and final products, complying with the highest productive and sustainable standards, as part of our purpose.
